Opening my first salon has been an amazing adventure from the start, in the most magical of ways. From construction to training the staff, my experience has been so pleasant and really fun actually. From not having any previous experience in owning my own business, i have been having the best time running the salon. In a nutshell, the organization of this company, the way they set up everything for us is incredible, and they are really incredible people to work with.

We currently own ten Sugaring NYC locations in Illinois. Opening a new business is challenging but they have been there to help navigate the process with us and they are always available to answer any questions that we have. Daria and Dmitry have made the process so much easier. Sugaring NYC has been a great company to work with and we are excited to see all the new products and ideas that they have for the company and we are excited to grow with them over the years to come.

I opened the first Sugaring NYC in Dallas, TX in February 2020 and have not had any regrets! Prior to opening, I felt like I could reach out to the Sugaring NYC team at any time to go over any questions or concerns I had while building our location. Since opening, I have had full support to help grow my revenue/business, have received same-day answers to any questions that may come along, and have truly felt heard when I give any suggestions to the Sugaring NYC Corporate team. I believe in the product and overall business that Sugaring NYC offers to all franchisees as there has not been a day where one of our clients has walked into our store and not said "Wow this salon is so beautiful!" or "I'm definitely sticking with Sugaring and not going back to my old waxing salon." Overall, I'm excited to see what the future holds for Sugaring NYC and I'm glad to be part of the team!

I decided to open a SugaringNYC franchise in July 2019. The concept and business model are what drew me to this franchise. From the start, I felt supported the entire way. Dmitri and Daria are always a phone call away for any questions or concerns I may have. Learning a new business can be difficult, but I can easily reach out and get the answers I need in a timely manner. They have been with us through the pandemic and are always striving to make SugaringNYC better. They truly want everyone to succeed.

I am so thankful that I decided to follow my dreams to become a franchisee. It has seriously been my best career decision ever. The franchisors have been so extremely supportive. They are always here for me, willing to gladly assist, support, and guide me, as I tackle the ins and outs of being a new franchisee! You can truly tell that Sugaring NYC actually cares about me, as a valued member of the establishment. They encouraged me to do my absolute very best; and, so far, so wonderfully good. For, this has been and continues to be a fantastic partnership.
