Sugaring USA is dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment and services.

Safety is our top priority and terms and policies are enforced with no exceptions.

Sugaring USA WILL NOT service customers with:

1) Chronic skin diseases, any sort of skin infection

2) Not 100% healed scars. Any Blood-exposed parts of the body.

3) We will not perform services on sunburned skin or skin that is irritated or unhealthy. When your skin has healed, you can call to book a reservation for services.

4) Person who we believe is not in the physical and mental state to receive the services ( including any kind of intoxication, abnormal behavior, and other.

TANNING & SUGARING

We recommend waiting at least 24–48 hours between sugaring and tanning because your skin may be more sensitive. Because sugaring exfoliates the skin by removing the top layer of dead surface skin cells, you’re more likely to experience sunburn. If you are going to go in the sun within 48 hours of sugaring, we recommend wearing sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or more.

PREGNANCY & SUGARING

We will only service pregnant women up to the 7th month of pregnancy with signed consent. Providing the accurate pregnancy term and customer physical condition is the sole responsibility of the customer. However, you may experience more skin sensitivity due to the hormonal changes your body is going through. Our sugaring specialists will make you as comfortable as possible during the service. We recommend checking with your doctor if Sugaring is right for you while you are pregnant due to higher sensitivity levels.

Possible Allergic reactions

When booking an appointment customer understands the following risks with sugaring:

• Sugaring can irritate skin disorders such as Eczema, Psoriasis, Rosacea, and Acne.
• Sugaring wounds the follicle and the waxed area can become inflamed and swollen for 24 to 48 hours post-treatment. The wounded follicle is at risk of breakouts, infection, and deep, ingrown hairs.
• Sugaring will lighten areas where sunless tanning products have been used or where the skin has had sun exposure.
• Sun exposure after Sugaring can cause the skin to burn and become irritated. Use of sunscreen is recommended.
• Sugaring can cause delicate, thin, and sensitive areas of the skin to lift especially after the use of exfoliating products, dry skin patches, or where there is most friction against the skin. (underwear, jeans, etc.)

LATE POLICY & CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please allow 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests.

A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL THE SERVICES THAT TAKE LONGER THAN 40 MINUTES. Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the full treatment price in all circumstances.

You can cancel/reschedule your appointment using the link in the booking reminder email ( sent 48 hours before your appointment) or by emailing us at [email protected] or by phone. Arrival 10 minutes or more after your treatment time will be considered a “No Show” and the cancelation fee will apply.

Even though we do not do it often and it’s not in our interest, Sugaring USA reserves the right to cancel any appointment without providing an explanation and reason. The human factor might cause scheduling and staffing difficulties and we are always trying to resolve those if any and accommodate all clients.
